Many thanks for taking over ICN. Paul will be missed, but your first issue was truly splendid. Great work and thanks for keeping it going.

Ancient Wisdom Productions is pleased to announce the new Commons Cam overlooking downtown Ithaca. Images from this webcam update every fifteen-seconds, twenty-four hours a day, and are available to the general public at www.exploreithaca.com.

The small camera is located on the third floor of Ancient Wisdom's downtown offices, and is centered on the Bernie Milton Pavilion. It is the only webcam to offer this view.

"It's pretty cool to be able to check the weather on The Commons and just see what's going on Downtown at any given time," said Stephanie Vann, marketing director for the Ithaca Downtown Partnership. "It gives people a vicarious experience of downtown, especially in the cold weather. Once warmer weather arrives, we hope viewers will see musicians setting up for a concert, or a catch a festival in progress, and then come on down to join the fun."

Ancient Wisdom Productions is a professional design company offering website development, logo design, and business branding services to clients in the central New York area. Local businesses can sponsor the Commons Cam by contacting Ancient Wisdom’s offices.
